Top and Shell from 3mm thick 316L stainless steel,
Bottom cone manufactured from 4mm thick stainless steel with hygienic
knuckle Radius, 4 x Tubular 8” sch 10 legs with adjustable feet.

Connections: 2 x 3″ RJT male connections
1 x 3” RJT Female outlet
1 x hygienic, Side Manway.
2 x lifting lugs

Material: Stainless steel 316 L, with BS.1449 type 2b Overall surface.
(Non-Contact Parts from 304L.)

Surface Finish: Internal Welds Ground Flush and Polished to 180 Grit x 50mm Wide Strip.
External: Cleaned by Band polishing a 50mm wide strip, (Weld cap left Intact)

Weld seams: All ground and polished
